Executive education and corporate AI programs, built by an IT executive who uses AI in real operations every day

I run IT infrastructure and operations across 36 countries. I teach leaders and teams how to work with AI.

Jorge Fraga, Senior Director, EMEA Infrastructure & Operations, Fresenius Medical Care. Faculty, Nova SBE Executive Education.

I help leaders and teams bring AI into analysis, communication, and day-to-day work, with method, critical thinking, and responsible use. I combine the experience of running IT infrastructure and operations for a global healthcare company with the practice of teaching AI in executive education and corporate settings. Every program starts from the tasks participants actually perform and is tailored to their roles, their industry, and the tools available in their organization.

In 2026: more than 500 professionals trained across public and private organizations, including more than 100 IT leaders and specialists in four internal cohorts at Fresenius Medical Care. Programs evaluated through executive education partners scored an average of 4.7 out of 5 (94%) across 402 evaluations.

Training

Programs are organized by what you need, not by program name. Delivered in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. One-to-one sessions can be considered case by case.

AI for decision makers

Where does AI make sense, what decisions does it require, and how do you steer adoption across the organization?

A 3- to 4-hour executive workshop for leadership teams. See the workshop

AI for professional productivity

How do you use AI in the work your team already does: analysis, communication, documentation, meetings, and working with information?

A 20-hour modular, multi-tool program, tailored to industry and roles. Jorge’s AI Lab (Intensive)

Microsoft 365 Copilot at work

How do you get real value from Copilot inside the Microsoft 365 environment your organization already has?

A 24-hour program in four modules, adaptable from 8 to 24 hours. The Augmented Operator (M365 Copilot)

AI for decision makers: executive workshop

For boards, executive committees, and leadership teams that have to decide where to apply AI, under which rules, and with which expectations, without sitting through an end-user course. Three to four hours, in person or online, in a small group, with live demonstrations on the organization’s own cases.

The leadership team leaves with a short list of prioritized use cases, the usage rules it will communicate to the organization, and a plan for the first 90 days. Many organizations start here and move on to the team programs afterwards.

  • Where AI creates value and where it doesn’t.Criteria for choosing the use cases worth the investment, and for saying no to the rest.
  • What changes in how we analyze, communicate, and decide.Live demonstrations on authorized material from the organization: a report, a proposal, a series of meetings.
  • Responsible adoption. What to delegate, what to verify, and where to keep the human decision; AI policy, AI Act obligations, shadow AI.
  • How to steer adoption.AI literacy by role, minimum governance, impact measurement, and the first 90 days.

How I work

Before choosing a tool, I start by understanding the task, the expected outcome, and the conditions it will run under. Then we structure the context, the sources, and the instructions, test the output, flag what needs human validation, and turn what works into a process the team can repeat.

  1. Understand the workthe task, the expected outcome, the conditions
  2. Pick the use casewhat is worth the investment
  3. Structure context and sourcesinstructions, data, limits
  4. Apply and verifynumbers, sources, and rules
  5. Make it repeatablewhat works becomes a process

Cohorts by starting level

A short AI maturity survey before the training. Cohorts or learning paths are adjusted to that level.

Exercises built on real tasks

Built on the work participants actually do, or on fictional material with the same structure where no authorized data is available.

Validate before you trust

Checking numbers, sources, and rules in every exercise. The full method, with the five models that structure the programs, is on each program page.

I don’t pick content because it is new. I pick it based on the work, the audience, and the conditions of use. For non-technical audiences, I would rather go deep on what participants will actually use than spread across tools they won’t have.

What participants highlight

In the evaluations collected by program providers, participants consistently value one combination: deep command of the subject and the tools, the clarity of a trainer who communicates well, and the experience of an executive who runs IT in a large organization, and who therefore brings practical examples and a direct focus on the work of the people in the room.

It was a real advantage to have an active practitioner, not just a professor.

Content density is adjusted to the time available and the level of the group, and technical requirements (licenses, versions, and access) are confirmed with the organization before each session so that everyone can follow along.

Speaking

Keynotes and talks on practical AI adoption in organizations, for corporate audiences, industry events, and executive forums. The perspective is that of someone who implements AI in a multinational and trains teams every week: what works, what fails, and what organizations are not yet asking.

Jorge Fraga teaching

About me

I am Jorge Fraga, Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations for EMEA at Fresenius Medical Care, accountable for IT infrastructure and operations across 36 countries in the EMEA region. From 2023 to 2025, I also led IT support operations and field services for the LATAM region.

I started my career as a front-line IT technician and progressed through multiple roles to executive leadership. That journey still shapes how I work: leading by example, understanding problems on the ground, giving teams clarity, and connecting technology decisions to what the organization needs.

Today I combine that responsibility with applying AI to analysis, communication, and decision support, and with training leaders and professionals. I am faculty at Nova SBE Executive Education, and I design and deliver applied AI programs. My focus is helping people understand what these tools can do, recognize their limits, and use them well in their own work context.

Partner programs where I serve as faculty

Beyond my own programs, I teach in programs run by executive education providers. Those providers own the program design, promotion, and certification. My contribution is the teaching itself and the adaptation to each organization’s context.

  • Nova SBE Executive Education: Managing with AI, AI Strategy for Top Management, AI Next, AI Champions, Boosting AI for Productivity, AI for Productivity, and AI Workshop for Leaders.
  • CleverXico: Intensive AI Course, and the open-enrollment evening edition of my program The Augmented Operator.
  • IPAM: the course “Governance, Cybersecurity and Ethics: Building Trust in AI” in the Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence in Business, from February 2027.

Resources

Two short pieces taken from the method I use in the programs. They help you start well; they do not replace the training.

Five checks before you trust an AI answer

The order matters: what fails most often comes first.

  1. Numbers. Recalculate every figure that will influence a decision. AI rounds, adds up wrongly, and invents percentages with the same fluency it uses when it is right.
  2. Sources. For every important claim, ask where it comes from. If the answer does not point to a document, a dataset, or a rule, treat it as opinion.
  3. Rules. Confirm the answer respects the rules of the context: the internal policy, the contract, the applicable law. AI does not know them unless you gave them to it.
  4. Consistency. Read the beginning and the end. Long answers contradict themselves often, especially when the request was ambiguous.
  5. Facts versus inferences. Ask the AI to separate what is in the sources from what it inferred. The second part is where human judgment has to come in.

How to choose your first task to work on with AI

Don’t start with the tool. Start with a task that meets four criteria.

  1. It repeats. Weekly or daily. A one-off task is not worth the effort of structuring it.
  2. It eats time, or never comes out the way you want. Meeting summaries, email triage, first drafts of documents, analysis of inherited files.
  3. You have the material and the authorization to use it. If the data cannot go into the approved tool, pick another task or use fictional material with the same structure.
  4. You can measure before and after. Time spent and quality of the result. Without this you won’t know whether it was worth it, and you won’t be able to explain it to anyone.

Then the three-question sequence: what I give the AI, what I ask of it, what I verify before I use it.
